Overview: This Privacy Policy describes how our Internal Automation Tools (“the App”) collect, use, and handle your information when you use our Google Workspace integrations (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, and Sheets).
Data Collection and Use: The App accesses your Google Workspace data solely to perform automated productivity tasks on your behalf.
• Gmail/Calendar — Used to organize schedules and process internal notifications.• Drive/Docs/Sheets — Used to create, edit, and organize internal documents and spreadsheets required for business operations.
Data Sharing and Disclosure: We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your Google user data to third parties. Data is accessed only by the app’s automated scripts and authorized internal administrators for the purpose of maintaining business workflows.
